Shipping policy

Home & Abroad Trading ships Australia-wide only. Australia Post is used for all deliveries unless specified. Should you wish to use your courier service for deliveries, don't hesitate to contact Home & Abroad Trading via orders@homeandabroad.com.au to discuss further. Click & Collect is currently available 

The purchase price of all Home & Abroad Trading product/s excludes delivery charges; therefore, you must provide your delivery details to receive a quote for the appropriate freight charges.

Shipping rates:

  • 0-2kg   $15.00
  • 2-5kg   $25.00
  • 5-10kg $50.00
  • 10kg + $100.00 

*Please note: Shipping charges for some items will be calculated at checkout due to the item's fragility, weight & size. 

Home & Abroad Trading will calculate shipping costs within Australia based on the size, weight, and fragility of your item (s). This helps ensure your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.

All freight costs are payable by the customer. You should choose a delivery address where someone is present to accept your delivery during business hours. All orders will be dispatched within 24-48hrs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Australia Post does not deliver on weekends.

Please note: Australia Post sometimes experiences delays. If you are purchasing an item for a specific occasion, allow adequate postage time. Home & Abroad Trading recommends allowing ample delivery time over the festive season and cannot be responsible for delayed parcels due to congestion.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you can select ‘Track my shipment’ to see the progress of your order. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Orders are subject to stock availability.

At Home & Abroad Trading, special care is taken when selecting and packing your order. Items are thoroughly checked and packaged accordingly to prevent damage. Once your order has left the warehouse, Home & Abroad Trading will not be responsible for any delay in delivery time or lost or damaged deliveries.

If you receive the incorrect item/s, please follow the below steps:

  • Take a picture of the item/s that were incorrectly sent.
  • Please email orders@homeandabroad.com.au with your full name, order number, and photos of the incorrect item/s.
  • Home & Abroad Trading will respond from Monday to Friday within 24-48 hours.
  • Do not return item/s prior to confirmation from Home & Abroad Trading.
  • Please keep the item and packaging in their original condition for collection.
